So what's on the plate today?

B: 1/2 bagel thin with cream cheese
S: cheedar cheese
L: homemade clam chowder
S: cheese stick
D: not sure, eating at Mom's
S: again I'll be at Mom's

I'm going to give this a try and see if accountability makes me feel guilty. LOL

B: 16 oz Sugar Free Chai (made with low carb milk and S/F chai mix)
      1 egg beater with Turkey Susage

S: Serving of Nuts

L: Lunch Meat / Cheese & Cottage Cheese

S: Protien Bar

D: Pigs in a blanket

S: LF Baby B Cheese

Give me strength to stick to this.

I need to get back to doing this. Here's the plan for today...

B: Chocolate protein shake w/ peanut flour
S: cheddar, half an apple
L: burrito stuffed pepper
S: half an apple, peanut butter
D: grilled chicken thigh, zucchini
S: baked pancake

I have to plug the numbers in so there may be some adjustments later.
